Catch up with Brendz and Charmaine

Since Brendz is leaving Malaysia this weekend, we decided to have a catch up session with each other today. We chose Publika as our meet up destination since we're familiar with the place and it was easy for Ben to join us as well. I will remember this day forever in my life. It was a really enjoyable catch up session; good food and great company. I'm really going to miss them both dearly. :(

Brendz and Char, if you're reading this, all the best in your studies and everything in life! Thanks for being such a lovely sister/listener/companion. You guys are the best. Cheers to great friendship and future ahead! :D

Was supposed to reach Publika at 11.30 am but god knows why I was late (because of the inevitable jam around my housing area). We had our lunch at Namoo, the korean dessert cafe and bistro on the park. Heard lots of good reviews about the place and I was glad to be able to try out the place like finally hahaha.

I heard that their rice burgers are not bad but I didn't feel like trying it out today, so I opted for kimchi soup with rice.

A part of their menu.

My lunch of the day, kimchi soup  (RM23) with rice  (RM3). The total of it was RM 26. It was mediocre in my opinion.

Untitled
Ben's spaghetti with beef or something, I couldn't remember what was it haha.

Untitled
Sis' order, soya carbonara glass noodles (?). It was on their special menu for RM23. Sis enjoyed it very much and said it was good, but it was a little too creamy to her liking.

Charmaine's order.

Brendz's order. Sorry but I had no idea what both Brendz and Char ordered, one of it was fish and chips I guess. :p

After lunch, we took some pictures together and went over to Bing's to have some bingsu. It was the first time we've ever visited Bing's.

They have a nice little self-service corner for drinking water refills.

The menu. I was so tempted to try many things but my wallet wouldn't allow me to do so ahahaha. The strawberry bingsu was RM23 while the mango and pineapple bingsu costed RM22.

My sis and I had the mango and pineapple bingsu while Brendz and Ben had the strawberry bingsu.

I have to admit that this is the best bingsu I have ever had, literally. I was expecting their shaved ice to be coarse but no, it was super soft and silky smooth! Btw, the shaved ice was milky so it does have a really great taste. It melts instantly in your mouth! Would definitely come back to this place again for more bingsu. :p

Took some pictures with these two lovelies before leaving the place.

That's all for now, see you guys!
