Trip to Singapore : Day 7 (Orchard and Somerset at night) & 8 (Back to Malaysia)!

I'm almost done with A-LEVELS!

*throws confetti and puts on a party hat* I am currently left with one last paper which is economics. I can't believe that 1.5 years had passed just like that! After completing this program, I would have to start preparing for my university days. To be honest, I haven't decided on which university I should really go to. There's too many choices and choosing the right university is one of the most crucial decisions that I would ever have to make in life.  As always, fingers crossed!

I just had my 4th paper last tuesday which was psychology. Sat in the examination hall for three hours just to complete this paper and my hands were sore after all the writing. On a bright note, I did my very best and I managed to finish the entire paper within the given time! :)

My main intention of being here today is to finish up my previous incomplete singapore trip post. It took me so long to complete these posts.. so I shall finish blogging about this whole thing quickly by including both day 7 and 8 in this post, hope you'll enjoy reading. :D

On the 7th day of our stay, we went to Queensway shopping centre to have our lunch. There was this stall that had grabbed our attention as it was selling a type of laksa noodles known as katong laksa and it's actually famous among the locals. So we had to give it a try! *kiasu*

We got the small sized one and if I'm not mistaken it's SGD 5 each (small). This katong laksa has a fragrant coconut milk taste and the type of noodle they use is thick rice vermicelli (meehoon).

It was already 9 something pm by the time we reached Orchard road hence most of the shops in the malls were already closed.

Ben and Jerry's store at Somerset 313. I would definitely try this out if only it's available in Malaysia..

Hi Mr Snowman! :)

The next day, which was the 8th day of our stay, we packed our things in the morning as we had to get to the airport in the afternoon. After having lunch prepared by dad at cousin's home, we proceeded to Changi airport by taxi. We took an evening flight back to KLIA 2.

Took some pictures of these mini replicas of Singapore's tourist attractions. It was a shame that we visited some of these places only. :(

What I liked about Changi airport is that they have free internet facilities, movie corners and nice and comfortable sofas.

That's how we ended our Singapore trip, hoping for more exciting and fun trips like this in the future! :)
